Customer Relationship Manager - Dubai - Leading International Law Firm
A top international law firm is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager for their offices in Dubai. This role will allow the CRM to work with staff and associates to support the firms current customer relationship management system.
The successful applicant will a diverse role with a number of important duties both before and after the CRM system is live. Prior to the launch of the CRM system, the role will need to ensure the system meets the firms requirements and is functional as well as integrated into the firms departments. Once the system is live, the CRM will need to devise best practices and provide critical analysis, among other duties. Furthermore, during any periods of downtime the CRM will be required to support the marketing department.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideally, the desired candidate should:
Have experience of direct and digital marketing
Have a background in customer acquisition and retention strategies
Be willing to relocate to Dubai
Skills that are not mandatory however are beneficial:
Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates or Middle East region.
