JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As a Customer Service Advisor your role includes direct communication with customers and liaison with the Workshop Supervisor and enhancing customer relationships, while ensuring that customers are contacted and communicated with in a timely manner. The role also includes data input, invoicing and liaison with the company's accounting team.

Responsibilities:

* Documentation of all service & repair activities
* Work with the Service Manager to respond to client's requests and real time updates on the status.
* Investigate customer complaints/concerns arising from services and repair, and suggest appropriate solutions.
* Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service.
* Open job cards, send estimates and invoice customers.
* Work closely with Accounting team to track and manage all transactions, payments and invoices.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

* Should be having 5 years of industry experience as Customer service role
* Good working knowledge of the automotive industry and/or the workings of a normal automobile
* Must possess strong personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
