Position Title: Customer Service Advisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

Job Description:
- Handling issues in the best interest of both customer, clients, and company.
- Receiving, processing, and verifying the accuracy and timeliness of processing transactions from customers utilizing the organizations’ internal systems with minimal supervision.
- Overseeing and coordinating initiatives aimed at promoting Dubai as a premier global economic and tourism destination.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
- Maintaining a balance between company policy, client satisfaction and customer benefit in decision-making with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities
- 40 years old and below
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within Dubai Economy and Tourism sector
- Must have DET User ID for at least 1 year
- Proficient in MS office
