JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Attending calls and emails from client. Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience. Prepare quotation, following up all pending jobs and quotation, scanning and entering job cards report.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 5,300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience as customer service in the maintenance field is preferable for this role. Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. able to handle multiple tasks. Able to work under pressure and to manage emergency.
