Position Title: Customer Service Agent
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A Dubai-based rental service offering cars, yachts, and water sports equipment
Job Description:
1. Assist customers with booking, picking up, and returning rental vehicles.
2. Provide information on rental policies, insurance options, rates, and vehicle features.
3. Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and manage customer documentation.
4. Inspect vehicles upon check-out and return, reporting any issues or damages.
Requirements:
Qualifications:1. Open to Female, Indian & Filipino nationals aged 30 and below
2. Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
3. Excellent English literacy and communication skills
4. Proficient in basic computer applications and reservation systems.
Salary:
AED
5,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
