Customer Service Associate (CSA) / Helper

We are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly CSA / Helper to support daily operations. The role includes assisting customers, maintaining the workspace, and helping with basic operational tasks to ensure smooth service.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide assistance with inquiries.
• Support customers with registrations, billing, and basic service information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Assist in setting up equipment or materials required for daily operations.
• Handle basic troubleshooting or guide customers when needed.
• Ensure smooth queue management and customer flow.
• Refill supplies, materials, or inventory as required.
• Report issues, damages, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.

Requirements:
Skills & Requirements
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer or equipment-handling knowledge (training provided).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to help in various operational tasks.
• Flexible with shift timings, including weekends or peak hours.

Qualifications
• Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or helper roles preferred
