Charterhouse is working with a multinational business who is looking to hire a Customer Service Analyst (Arabic speaking) to join their team in Dubai.

As Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for managing relationships with dealers and suppliers. You will also be required to manage order processes and follow-up with clients.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should be a fluent Arabic speaker who is already based in Dubai and has a strong background in managing relationships with stakeholders, distributors and internal employees. It is essential you are self-confident, motivated and have exceptional organisational skills.
