JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Summary:
We are a fast-growing startup looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service & Sales Agent (Tele Sales Specialist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting our home services, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a strong ability to close deals over the phone. As a startup, we expect the candidate to be flexible and open to working on tasks beyond the job description.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries, explain services, and convert leads into bookings.
• Sales & Upselling: Proactively promote and upsell our home services, ensuring customer needs are met while maximizing revenue.
• Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Customer Support: Address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive experience and quick resolution.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
• Adaptability: Be open to handling tasks outside the job description as needed in a startup environment.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales, with a mandatory background in BPO and telesales.• Language Skills: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
• Self-Starter: Must be a proactive, independent worker who doesn’t need to be micromanaged.
• Overachiever: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to exceed targets.
• Customer-Centric: Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Willingness to work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week (including lunch and other breaks).
