JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• To ensure the delivery of smooth, efficient and consistent best practice of functioning of the customer service desk.
• To be responsible in delivery bespoken process and procedure of the overall customer service process.
• To provide attendees / Operators to assist and help Customers Visits and make sure their Journey is seamless starting from Level 2 to Level 52 based on schedule.
• To have a high level of product knowledge. Fact sheet will be provided, and training shall be conducted accordingly. The training will be internally done by the IN charge faculty
• To issue wheelchairs when required.
• Handle general guest inquiries received during the journey.
• To make sure they are confident and ready to answer all inquiries during the journey.
• To make sure they don’t leave their allocated areas before briefing their supervisors.
• Keep records of customer service requests and complaints and make sure they are acknowledged and attended.
• Control the flow of people throughout the attractions to avoid unnecessary crowed
• Handle customer complaints in accordance of the department policies and procedures.

- Meeting some of the clients face to face
- Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objective
- Device launches, sales reporting and weekly calls with internal and external customers.
