JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Dealing professionally with customers by answering phone or email and providing solutions for their inquiries.
• Introducing the services to members by telephone.
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information and follow-up with their request with all departments
• Receiving and processing customer complains.
• Implementing customer service policies, procedures and instructions.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
• Bachelor, Diploma or General Secondary
• Know the principles of customer handling methods.
• At least two years experience in customer service.
• Ability to communicate in Arabic and English and the ability to listen.
• Ability to solve problems, deal with them and make decisions.
