Position Title: Customer Coordinator – Emiratization
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus transportation

Job Description:
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions to ensure consistent communication with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range to provide knowledgeable and accurate information to customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions to ensure consistent communication with customers
Requirements:
- Open to Emirati Nationals- 35 years old and below
- At least 1 year experience as a customer support/coordination.
- At least High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
- Family book is required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft, CRM, PDF, Powerpoint, Email etc.
