JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotation and Proforma invoices to our customers.
To process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visit into company business if required.
To meet customers in our premises to discuss their requirements.
To be aware of complete product range
To be an expert with respect to the product knowledge
Managing relationships with existing key customers, partners and dealers.
Make follow up with customers for the payment.
Make sure that the payments from customers are received on the dates.
Preparing report any abnormalities with regard to the customer payments.
Prepare and present the necessary reports for the weekly payment follow up meeting.
Make invoice / DO / LPO / other documents within the time limit.
Providing input to Department Head on customers, markets and competitive trends.
To make accurate purchase of materials supplies for resale as required.
Manage the front office in a professional manner as and when required.
Handling the petty cash if necessary.
Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, activity reports and other reports.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
Any related activity assignment by the Line Manager / HOD
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: Any graduation
Industry Type: Trading (Specialized product line like welding, lifting, safety, Industrial & Oil Gas products)
Experience: 2 – 6 yrs
Good communication skill
Proficient with systems
Candidate should be available in UAE
Willing to work in Dubai Investment Park (Location Name)
