Job purpose

First point of contact for the customer at sales office.

To assist the business in customer service-related tasks.

Follow up on the pending business cases/complaints with respective departments.

To input data in the system within minimum time and without any error for disbursal.

  • Timely response to the requests placed by business.
  • Provide a correspondence service and presentation support to ensure timely and efficient communication and action.
  • Reduced turnaround time / appropriate response.
  • Leads received for call center, referrals - follow up cases till closure.
  • Daily sales report.

  • Possess knowledge of computer skills and understanding of process.
  • Able to interpret the problems and direct them to concerned departments for appropriate action.
