Job purpose
First point of contact for the customer at sales office.
To assist the business in customer service-related tasks.
Follow up on the pending business cases/complaints with respective departments.
To input data in the system within minimum time and without any error for disbursal.

- Timely response to the requests placed by business.
- Provide a correspondence service and presentation support to ensure timely and efficient communication and action.
- Reduced turnaround time / appropriate response.
- Leads received for call center, referrals - follow up cases till closure.
- Daily sales report.

- Possess knowledge of computer skills and understanding of process.
- Able to interpret the problems and direct them to concerned departments for appropriate action.
