JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a Female Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in representing our company and building strong customer relationships. (Engineers and Accounting degree holders may also apply)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email and in-person
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Create quotes and place orders with suppliers
- Call existing customers for their requirements
- Collaborate with team members and Engineers to achieve sales objectives
- Attend weekly meetings and team activities
- Assist with store activities
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in Microsoft Excel
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
