JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Looking for a Customer service Executive for our client based in Dubai Location
• Should have experience in Freight or shipping company
• Should have at least 4 years of experience in to the similar industry

Requirements:
• Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
• Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
• Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
