We are seeking a Customer Service Associate/Purchaser to join our team in Dubai. As a Female Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in representing our company and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Procurement - place orders with our suppliers
- Procurement - call our customers for their requirements (Not Cold Calling)
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide accurate information about our products, services and create quotes
- Collaborate with team members and Engineers to achieve sales objectives
- Attend weekly meetings and team activities
Requirements:
- Prior work experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in Microsoft Excel
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
