JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Looking for an enthusiastic experienced Customer Service Manager for my client in JLT, you will be responsible for providing first class service to all clients and customers.

* Increase corporate clients and manage the accounts
* Increase overall number of clients
* Generate and handle leads
* Generate, analyze data

REQUIREMENTS

* Experience in retail or hospitality environment
Strong customer service experience
* Strong planning and organizing skills
* Advance training on customer service and handling customer complaints
* Excellent leadership skills
* Positive attitude

Salary package of circa 12,000 AED
