Salary: up to 3K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus overtime-pay, free transportation and monthly Incentives

Job Description:
• Interact with customers over the phone by answering calls to provide information in response to inquiries about the services
• Take inbound calls to handle and resolve complaints.
• Call outbound to coordinate with RTA for document approvals, to attain driving permits, etc.
• Enroll the customer in the system accurately and get the acknowledgment of the same by the customer.
• Prepare credit report and attain approval from the authorized person.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to Indian - Kerala nationality
• Male, 25 to 39 y/o
• Minimum of 1 year experience – open to home country BPO experience
• Must be highly presentable
• Fluent in English communication
