Customer Service Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist with a positive and proactive mindset to play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey. This role focuses on executing the 'order to cash' process accurately and efficiently while supporting both customers and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

This position offers a variety of responsibilities, empowering the team member to take ownership of customer interactions and related processes, including delivery management. Each specialist works with assigned customer segments and territories, allowing them to build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and service centers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal. A passion for delivering a premium customer experience is essential, and familiarity with systems like SAP and Outlook is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and promptly process orders from quote confirmation to billing.
• Ensure a premium customer experience by managing customer touchpoints effectively.
• Plan and manage delivery processes through the logistics portal, including delivery scheduling and activity closing.
• Optimize free stock and manage purchase orders as needed, ensuring correct stock movement.
• Maintain accurate management of the order portfolio, avoiding expired orders, and collaborating with Sales to prevent backlog slippage.
• Consistently update IT systems with relevant information gathered during customer service activities.
• Manage care activities, providing timely feedback to customer inquiries.
• Conduct post-delivery surveys to assess customer satisfaction and address any issues proactively.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Customer Service
• Fluent in English
• Customer Caring and Customer Orientation
• Knowledge of SAP – advance SD module use
• Service business expertise
• Project Management
• Financial Skills and Cost Management
• Negotiation and solid communication skills
• Advance Analytical Skills
• Advance MS Office pack use, especially advance excel use
