Employment: Full Time

Customer Service Specialist for a High-End Appliances Company in Dubai

• Process transactions such as new orders, returns & exchanges, releases, etc. in a timely and efficient manner
• Support the Sales Specialists through customer follow up, scheduling deliveries, reconciling purchase orders, stock checks
• Demonstrate company sales model to offer each customer the complete solution (Accessories and General Service Contracts) to their purchase
• Complete shipping invoices and reconciliation reporting
• Assist inventory processes such as various report reconciliation (unaccounted research report) receiving product, shipping product or customer will-calls

REQUIREMENTS

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Female, 35 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a customer service in a kitchen and home appliances company
• Must be familiar with the process and repair transactions from new order, returns, exchange, releases, follow up, delivery, etc.
• Strong experience in supporting sales, inventory, and aftersales coordination
• Deep product knowledge and customer engagement
• Excellent communication skill in oral and written English
