Customer Service Supervisor - AFGRE - Dubai

As part of Dubai Festival City Mall team, you will be responsible for supervising the team and coaching them to providing Mall guests with relevant information to enjoy the shopping experience at the Mall.

Your role will be plan and manage a slick customer service team that operates within the guidelines of the retail standards set by the mall. You will also be in charge of creating reports for senior management to use.

This role does require the individual to work shift hours, including night shifts and weekends. During festive seasons, the incumbent will have to be ready to tackle any issues that may arise. The essence of the role is to be customer focused.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will need to have worked in customer focused role at the managerial or supervisory level for a huge retail outlet/mall or call center.

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of customer service at its core and able to relay this message to the team. The successful candidate will be highly enthusiastic with a high level of energy.
