JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The role involves administration liaising with existing customer & partners throughout the Middle East & Africa to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests related to customer orders or any product related matter.

Engage in entire supply chain related operations for the Middle East and African markets. Individual should possess organizational and communication skills along with resourcefulness and initiative as they be responsible for all administrative functions of order processing. Preparation of invoices and dispatch of goods.

REQUIREMENTS

Duration is for a six month contract.

Candidates must have first level customer order management, processing and systems experience (ideally this will have been with SAP).

Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) plus Arabic would be an advantage.
