Max Piccinini, a leader in the field of training and coaching for entrepreneurs, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Customer Success Manager to strengthen its team. Your Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience for the entrepreneurs participating in our MasterMind programs. You will provide personalized and strategic support to our clients to maximize their satisfaction and success while serving as a cornerstone of the customer service team.

Your Missions:

Supporting MasterMind Members:
- You will oversee the guidance of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the achievement of their goals by monitoring their progress and providing tailored advice.

Client Relationship Management:
- You will be the main point of contact for program clients, maintaining regular and personalized interactions to address their needs and resolve any issues.

KPI Monitoring and Analysis:
- You will track clients' performance indicators to ensure maximum satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. Evaluating client feedback and implementing actions to continuously improve the customer experience will be key responsibilities.

Process Optimization:
- You will work closely with internal teams to improve customer service processes and tools, ensuring a smoother and faster management of client requests.

An opportunity for growth may arise, involving tasks related to supervision and management.

Requirements:
- You have between 3 to 5 years of experience in client relationship management, ideally in a coaching or online training environment. Experience with high-end programs is a plus.
- You are skilled at monitoring client performance through KPIs and providing tailored solutions to improve results.
- You possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate active listening to understand clients' needs and respond effectively and personally.
- You are autonomous, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage your schedule and priorities effectively.
- You are fluent in French, both spoken and written.
- You have previous management experience or are eager to take on managerial responsibilities and lead a growing team.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
