JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Customer setup on Cash management systems/Channels
• The job holder is also responsible for updating any Channel maintenance requests that are sent by stakeholders.
• The job holder has to ensure that any forms received are correctly filled out by stakeholders and processed within standard turn around time (TAT).
• Responsible for processing manual charges request whenever applicable
• Archiving of any and all IB setups, maintenance and Implementation Project documents received
• Bachelors Degree minimum
• Support to Implementation Managers, Relationship Managers and
• Product Sales Managers
• 2 years experience in the service industry.
• Experience in Corporate
• Banking preferred.
• High level of computer literacy
