Customer Support Specialist

Employment: Full Time

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in the entire sales and after sales process, from onboarding new customers to arranging the deliveries of vehicles and coordinating payments. You will be responsible for supporting our online sales team with all operational tasks during the sales process and be the first point of contact after vehicles are sold.

• Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction after the sale.
• Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Independently managing the entire after sales process, including documentation, export, invoicing and logistics.
• Coordinate and monitor import/export restrictions, bank compliance, legislation and local market requirements.
• Resolve any customer problems or complaints.
• Evaluate after-sales processes and contribute to continuous improvements


Ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in operations, logistics and after-sales in international trade.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in at least two languages.
• English and any of language- German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Arabic, Russian, Polish, Portuguese).
• Operational talent with a result-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a structured and effective manner in an international environment.
