Cutover & Hypercare Lead - Strategy & Transformation - UAE

Role Profile:

Responsible for developing the detailed Business Cutover Plan focusing on "Cutoffs", "Get Fit fors" and "First Ofs" tailoring to each functional or business go live subject to Brand, model and Function and, provide inputs to develop the Hypercare Plans and process from a Business perspective. Guides and supports a Brand or function thru the Cutover process and is a key POC for Hypercare

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

- Responsible for developing the detailed Business Cutover Plan focusing on "Cutoffs", "Get Fit fors" and "First Ofs" tailoring to each functional or business go live subject to Brand, model and Function
- Co-ordinate inputs to the Business Cutover plan from BPOs, SMEs, BAs, Brands and/or Functions
- Responsible to ensure the Business Cutover Plan aligns with the Technical Cutover and Data Migration Plans through collaboration with the Technical Cutover leads and the Data leads
- Responsible to manage against and maintain the Business Cutover Plan updating, managing and communicating any changes to all key stakeholders, actions owners and SPOCs
- Communicate the cutover plan to all stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
- Responsible for running the Business Cutover standups and coordinating delivery of cutover activities thru the SPOCs
- Participate in Cutover Checkpoints and Standups to represent the Business Cutover activities and stakeholder
- Responsible to identify risks and issues, propose mitigating actions and escalate as needed
- Responsible for identifying Lessons Learnt from each cutover to be rolled into actionable change
- Responsible to provide inputs to develop the Hypercare Plans and process from a Business perspective, works with the Hypercare Leads and Control tower team to formulate the overall Hypercare plan
- Participates in the Control Tower, Support and Solutions Hub during the Hypercare period, acting as a key co-ordinator and escalator or risks and issues for the Business end users
- Responsible as key POC for the business users to raise issues and queries directing to the correct resource for resolution during the Hypercare period

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge:
- Can demonstrate having participated in or led a team adopting new processes
- A good commercial understanding of business IT systems and interdependencies

Experience:
- (Ideally) coming from the Business/commercial teams with experience relevant to the Portfolio they will support
- Experience of executing task against critical paths and deadlines, managing priorities and deadlines
- Currently operating at a supervisory level used to directing or leading teams in task and activity (directly or indirectly)
- Experience of change management delivery (formal or informal)
- Experience of working and/or leading in cross functional teams

Skills:
- A strong communicator, able to influence and challenge in a constructive way
- Able to communicate in a way that builds trust and confidence amongst peers and business end users
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills to work with and collaborate with diverse teams as well as act as a lead in a wider cross functional team
- Demonstrable ability and experience of working in and acting in a lead role in a matrix structure, upwards, across and downwards
- Demonstrates attention to detail and precision in task identification and execution
- Can evidence a clear approach to prioritization to manage conflicts and complexity as well as provide examples of when they would escalate for decisions to Cutover & Hypercare Manager
- A customer first approach, confident and experienced in interacting in a multi-functional / multi discipline environment.
