Role overview

Marsh Dubai is seeking candidates for Cyber Insurance Associate for Marsh Specialties Department based in United Arab Emirates (UAE) - Dubai - Burj Al Salam office.

Our Cyber Specialty team in the UAE is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex and evolving cyber risk landscape by providing tailored insurance solutions and expert advisory services. We are seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Cyber Insurance Associate to join our Marsh Specialties (Cyber) team in the UAE. This role will serve as the first point of contact for clients, supporting the delivery of cyber insurance solutions and helping clients understand and manage their cyber risks effectively.

The successful candidate will become a subject matter expert in Cyber Insurance and play a key role in client engagement, account management, and business development initiatives across all client segments.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for day-to-day client communication, managing correspondence and ensuring effective information flow.
  • Address client concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to senior colleagues as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, internal teams, prospects, and UAE onshore insurance markets.
  • Develop expertise in Cyber Insurance to advise both Corporate and Risk Management Team and articulate Marsh's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the DIFC based Cyber team to align client requirements and commercial context to secure optimal insurance terms.
  • Work closely with Sales and Client Executives to present insurance terms and solutions to clients.
  • Manage client onboarding and engagement throughout the lifecycle of cyber insurance programs.
  • Organize internal workshops as well as external client events to raise awareness of Marsh Cyber Insurance Solutions and the cyber risk environment.
  • Lead the strategic initiative tailored to the Corporate segment, and coach or develop other Cyber team members into managing some of the incoming leads.
  • Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in insurance broking is mandatory; experience in Cyber Insurance placement is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a continuous learning approach.
  • Familiarity with the UAE insurance market and regulatory environment is a plus.
