JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Client service

- Managing and delivering Cyber Security and cyber risk assignments, including managing the team, reviewing documentation - and reports, and quality assuring the work produced by team members.
- Working as a subject matter expert in your particular field to support a team, and/or managing a larger team in delivering engagements at scale.
- Support our firm’s effort in creating strong leadership of thought for Cyber Security
- Maintaining Cyber Security and risk knowledge and certifications, sharing this knowledge with junior team members.
- Maintaining awareness of key business and industry trends, and understanding how they impact responses to cyber risk.
- Championing the delivery of the highest quality services to clients, and actively managing and mentoring junior team members to do the same, while managing the risks to the firm.

Business and practice development

- Building client relationships and establishing credibility by demonstrating knowledge of various aspects of Cyber Security, and identify opportunities where our firm can assist, with specific emphasis on:
- Cyber Security strategy, operating model and technology blueprint at the regional, federal and national level, taking into account regional, federal and national level peculiarities
- Cyber Security strategy, operating model and technology blueprint for corporations, taking into account industry specificities
Identity and access management strategy, operating model, technology blueprint and solution implementation for government entities and corporations
- Security operations center and advanced analytics strategy, operating model, technology blueprint and solution implementation for government entities and corporations
- Governance, risk and compliance strategy, operating model, technology blueprint and solution implementation for government entities and corporations
- Managing the development of client proposals and solution offerings.
- Contributing to the financial and operational management of the practice.
- Driving the development of tool kits, methodologies and accelerators.
- Leading the optimization and industrialization of our business and practice development efforts
- Providing thought leadership and direction for the Cyber Security practice.
- Helping recruit, retain and develop other Cyber Security team members.

Leading and supporting delivery efforts

- Managing end to end delivery activities for Cyber Security
- Leading diverse teams of industry and cyber experts to achieve astonishing client results on time and on budget
- Providing strong technical content aimed at making our Cyber Security Engagements more efficient and effective
- Leading the optimization and industrialization of our delivery efforts
- Supporting non Cyber Security related programmes at the government and corporate level from Cyber Security SME perspective

REQUIREMENTS

- 10-15+ years of international consulting and industry experience
- Bachelors degree required with emphasis on Technology and Business
- MsC/MBA qualified preferred
- Cyber Security related qualification(s) preferred (such as CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/ Lead Implementer, CISM, CISA)
- Experience in risk & regulatory frameworks and standards such as NIST 800, ISO 27001, ISF SOGP, PCI-DSS etc
- Must have industry experience and knowledge of advanced concepts in Cyber Security for at least one specific industry
- Big 4 professional services background is preferred
- Arabic Speaking candidate preferred
- Supporting decision making at a senior level and be able to demonstrate a track record of implementation success, achieving savings and overcoming various challenges
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to develop professional relationships and network internally and externally
- Excellent communication skills – both oral (for interviews/meetings, presentations) and written (for designing and writing engaging reports which communicate findings succinctly and clearly convey the message in a way which is appropriate for the audience, and rooted in the client’s needs).
- Experience of business development or sales, including leading bid teams, providing strong though leadership and sales content and experience of managing and writing winning proposals and RFP responses.
