JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst cum Admin Secretary to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This unique position combines the analytical skills of a data analyst with the administrative acumen of an executive secretary. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing data-driven insights while managing administrative tasks to support our operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive data reports and presentations for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management strategies.
- Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming communications, handling correspondence and inquiries effectively.
- Maintain and organize office files and documentation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support the team in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong administrative skills with experience in managing calendars and handling correspondence.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Salary:
AED
4,700 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
