• Prepares source data for computer system entry by compiling RTA rules and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office (formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career)
• Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
• Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard RTA procedures or returning incomplete documents to the Bin Yaber team for resolution.
• Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
• Maintains RTA data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• To ensure that the Driving Licensing file completion is done without any delaying and issuing of LP.
• Responsible for making new files.
• Issuing male Driving Instructor permission letters for female students.
• Renewal of learning permits and reissuing as well.
• Issuing appointment from RTA for forklifts and motorcycles.
• Changing of appointments.
• Approval from RTA in-charge for other emirates files.
• RTA Test appointment activations.
• Issuing new license.
• Issuing letters for transfer files from one emirate to others.
