JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in their e-commerce platform. Your work will directly impact the quality and accuracy of our product listings, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

- Accurately input product information, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images, into the e-commerce platform.
- Maintain and update product data, ensuring all details are current and consistent across the platform.
- Organize and upload product images and videos in the appropriate formats.
- Verify and correct any discrepancies in product data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform quality checks on live listings to ensure correct formatting and presentation.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and inventory teams to obtain and verify necessary data.
- Assist in catalog management and data cleansing to improve database performance.
- Generate periodic reports on data entry progress and accuracy metrics.
- Adhere to data entry protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Salary:
AED 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
