JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Data Entry Encoder who will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data related to the products, inventory, and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency.
• Update and maintain records of products, inventory, and sales transactions.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any discrepancies.
• Generate reports and perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as needed, supporting various departments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data flow and effective communication.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Tagalog, with strong communication skills in English.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Encoder or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems is an advantage.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
