JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Maintain and monitor regulatory approvals across product categories.
• Ensure accurate storage and provision of required documentation.
• Coordinate with factory Approbation team for sample testing and report transfers.
• Manage SAP updates for approval validity.
• Monitor distributor stocks and take compliance actions.
• Analyze compliance spend relative to sales volume and identify non-performing VIBs.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or higher education; bachelor’s degree preferred.• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience in document storage and compliance workflows.
• Coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills to monitor stocks, compliance spend, and performance.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 3,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
