JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
About the Client:
A leading pharmacy retail in the UAE for more than 4 decades.
Job Role:
• Contact health care providers and customers by telephone to verify missing medical information on certain checkups, lab paper works etc.
• Update database with insurance services results as needed for proper medical documentation
• Review all medical notes on services offered to ensure deadlines are met
• Process Approved Insurance coverage based on cases and contracts agreed with clientele
REQUIREMENTS
Position Title: Data Entry Operators
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3,500 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Al Ain, UAE
Requirements:
• Open to FILIPINO, AFRICAN and INDIAN nationality
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any medical field or
• Minimum 1 year experience as encoder in medical industry; open to home country experience
• Must be intermediate computer skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
