JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking a dedicated Document Control Coordinator (DCC) to join their team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing project documentation efficiently and ensuring compliance with established protocols.

Primary Responsibilities:

Document Management:

* Handle project documentation using various platforms such as EDMS, Idocs, Prodom, and Documentum.
* Organize and maintain all project-related documents effectively.

Quality Control:

* Perform quality checks on documents received from vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Ensure timely submission of quality-checked documents following DCC work procedures.

Communication and Coordination:

* Facilitate communication between Clients, Engineering teams, and vendors.
* Transmit Client and Engineering comments to vendors promptly and update the system accordingly.
* Verify vendors' responses to ensure all comments are addressed accurately.

Document Status Management:

* Maintain up-to-date records of document submission and approval statuses within the system.
* Ensure timely updates to reflect changes and developments.

Overdue Document Handling:

* Proactively track and follow up on overdue documentation.
* Send timely reminders to the relevant parties for prompt resolution.

Reporting:

* Generate various reports as needed, including overdue supplier, LR, and company document status reports.

Vendor Training:

* Conduct document control induction and training sessions for vendors to ensure compliance with project document control procedures.

Requirements:
Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Document Control Coordinator (DCC) role within an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project environment.
* Proficiency in English.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer applications.
* Proficient in professional documentation handling and EDMS operation, including document submission, transmission, quality checking, and tracking.
