JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

An exciting position has arisen within an International Automotive company for a Network Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the Dealer Network in the Middle East territory, including maintaining the Network relationship for 3 Product Lines with the Importers mainly in the Middle East and Arabian Gulf to achieve Company business objectives. You will be responsible for providing the necessary tools to support the importers and sustain their capability for growth. You will ensure that the Importer Network focuses on country coverage for all of the business (including new vehicles, used, spare parts, workshop activities, retail financing,). You will develop strategies and analyse the viability of the importer and define plans to increase revenue and profitability.

On a strategic level, the Network Manager will have responsibility for the co-ordination and monitoring of all dealer development activities including network planning and implementation, the identification and appointment of new dealers and overseeing start-ups. You will also be expected to intervene to resolve issues connected with performance, contractual matters and instances of conflicting interests.

- Candidates must therefore have the capability and flexibility to think and act both strategically and practically.
- Coordination and monitoring the dealer development activities, including network plan implementation, dealer search select and appoint activities and new dealer start ups
- Coordination of all the internal departments: new vehicles, used vehicles, spare parts, product support, legal, finance, retail finance.
- Planning and delivering activities to support the quality and success of the network
- Develop and implement dealer standards programs
- Manage budget to develop the network
- Support dealer risk management activities
- Act as a Brand ambassador portraying a professional image both internally and externally.

The total Salary package is around 18,000 AED - 20,000 AED per month.

REQUIREMENTS

- Engineer or Business School graduate
- Fluent in Arabic and English and preferably also in French (written and spoken)
- Need to be competent at using Microsoft Office programs (Excel and PowerPoint) and able to learn various Company systems
- Commercial understanding of the market and truck industry (sales and aftersales competence)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales/After Sales function.
- Knowledge of Dealer practices
- Some experience of Network Planning would be desirable
- The job will require traveling within the territories.
- Negotiation and Legal agreement know-how
