JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Delivery Operations Manager Up To 20k Aed For An Fnb Holding Group In Dubai, Uae
• Oversee daily delivery operations including but not limited to customer satisfaction
• Works collaboratively with other departments especially Service, Logistics, Inside Delivery and Sales
• Manages delivery calendars, scheduled volumes and co-ordinate daily delivery operations using reports and software to support
• Responsible for all aspects of vehicle and equipments used during deliveries
• Tracks major recurring problems and hold teams to account for performance of their services
• Develops strategies for the Logistics Delivery function, leading strategic initiatives and embedding a culture of continuous improvement through the function
• Implements and improves processes and procedures
• Manages clients and customers relationships
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Delivery Operations Manager
• SALARY: up to 20,000 AED full-package depending on qualifications and experiences

• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to all nationalities
• Male, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree on any related field
• Minimum of 3 years related experience as a Manager of logistics and operations, preferably from FnB and Hospitality industry
• Familiarity with home delivery and with motor bikes regulations in UAE
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage daily logistic operations
• Excellent skills in people management and handling daily business operations
• Proven skills in planning, organizing and critical thinking skills
