During your tenure as a Business Analyst, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

- Team with others to produce high quality deliverables to ensure superior client experience
- Collect, assimilate, and analyze relevant data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions
- Understand basic financial concepts and able to research and find financial and business performance information
- Conduct in depth research and benchmarking analysis to provide clients and team with insights on best practices and bring forward potential solutions
- Apply structured thinking and frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly to team members Find and leverage a diverse set of resources that can provide team with insights and potential solutions and share findings with others
