What you will be doing:
- Monitor stock movement and inform senior chef of required stocks.
- Ensure minimal kitchen/food wastage.
- Responsible for designated sections, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the Restaurant.
- Monitor the produce assigned to sections of the kitchen and report any issues to senior chef immediately.
- Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
REQUIREMENTS
Your experience and skills include:
- Culinary experience in the same role from luxury hotel
