Job Description:
• Prepare and execute pastry recipes to meet quality standards.
• Assist the CDP and Head Chef in the overall pastry making process
• Maintain high standards through taste tests and presentation checks.
• Assist in managing pastry inventory and minimizing wastage.
• Communicate and coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operations
Requirements:
Position Title: Assistant Pastry ChefEmployment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals and monthly sharing

About the Client:
A Levant high end casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in Dubai
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 45 years old and below
• At least 1 year experience in the same role or as DCDP – Pastry
• Worked in a High End Casual or Fine Dining restaurant is preferred
