Position Title: Demi Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and duty meals

About the Client:
An upscale 5 Star hotel based in Deira Dubai
Job Description:
- Ensuring that all food items are properly stored, labeled, and rotated, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Preparing ingredients, such as meats, vegetables, and spices, by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring them, and ensuring that they are of the highest quality.
- Coordinating with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served on time and to the highest standards of presentation.
- Assisting in creating new menu items and developing innovative dishes that will appeal to guests and enhance the hotel's reputation for excellence.
- Participating in kitchen and food preparation meetings, and communicating effectively with other departments in the hotel, such as banquet services and room service.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Open to Filipino nationality
- 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role on multi cuisine/ international cuisine restaurant from 4 star/ 5 star hotel
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
