About the Job
To carry out quality control checks in the Depot and Apron and assists with fuelling and defueling of Aircraft.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitors storage tank dips. Carries out physical dips measures to ensure regular fuel level checks and compares the results against the tank gauging system.
- Completes floating suction checks, conductivity checks and routine serviceability checks on the tanks.
- Takes samples from filters, tanks, pipelines and other equipment in the Depot and shelters.
- Receipt of products by bridges and unloading into storage tanks as per company procedures.
- Loads the refuellers and/or transfers fuel to satellite tanks as and when required.
- Cleans and maintains all sampling equipment including buckets, bottles, close-sampling system, etc.
- Follows HSE procedures and wears Company issued uniforms and safety gear.
- Carries out fuelling operator duties as required.
- Performs other similar and related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
- Technical Diploma in relevant field or Secondary School Certificate
- At least 3 years of experience as a fuelling operator.
- Knowledge of Fire Emergency and Health, Safety & Environment.
- Knowledge of English & Arabic.
- Must have valid UAE driving license.
