JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Around 15 to 20 Years in a large professionally managed paper mill in India manufacturing Duplex Board or Multilayered Container Board mill. The candidate should have hands down experience in running of a paper mill specialized in paper making and also adequate exposure to other areas of paper mill such as stock preparation, utilities, Plant maintenance, instrumentation, quality control, product development etc. He should have adequate knowledge of costing. Should have good personality, Managerial Skills and excellent communicating ability. He should be a very good administrator in addition to hard working. Personal integrity is most important in the candidate. He should lead by example
REQUIREMENTS
A degree in Chemical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering or Paper Technology from a reputed Institute in India plus a degree / diploma in Management. Mandatory requirement. Should have good personality, Managerial Skills and excellent communicating ability. He should be a very good administrator in addition to hard working. Personal integrity is most important in the candidate. He should lead by example
