JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Conduct Data Analysis & Observation studies to understand the processes & system generated due to ineffectiveness of system.
• Designed & Develop Solutions which targets to fill the cavities in processes and systems and successful implementation of solutions to make systems effective.
• Design & Implementation of KPI Metrics for measuring effectiveness and taking corrective actions.Improvement of Materials Procurement, spare planning and warehouse house management systems for a paper industry resulting in inventory reduction
• Deliver productivity improvement in Company by implementing management and operational excellence best practices
• Improv Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of Power plant by applying condition based monitoring
• Conduct Data Analysis & Observation studies to understand the processes & system generated due to ineffectiveness of system.
• Designe & Develop Solutions which targets to fill the cavities in processes and systems and successful implementation of solutions to make systems effective.
• Design & Implementation of KPI Metrics for measuring effectiveness and taking corrective actions.
• Bring about visible Operational Improvement, Cost reduction, process improvement, man-machine utilization improvement, productivity improvement, Quality improvement, Maintenance improvement, Cycle time reduction through improved management control systems & other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating NVA in the process.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum operational excellence experience of 3 years
• Should be from paper manufacturing industry or last 3-5 years in operational excellence of paper mill
• Ready to relocate if needed.
• Should have Six Sigma degree or equivalent.
