JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

FCSearch have been given the exclusive mandate to recruit for a Chinese-speaking Deputy Sales Manager to join our Client’s growing business. This is a new position to accommodate their growth in the region and internationally.

Our Client is a world-class multinational Logistics and Supply-Chain services provider, providing end-to-end international services to its customers. The Client have more than 100 offices worldwide in over 60 countries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base
- Acquisition of new key customers
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients
- Maintain a rich active and healthy pipeline that contains strategic opportunities
- Consistently meet GC goals in accordance with organizational goals
- Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Managing recruiting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Present solutions to customers, demonstrating value for business and goal alignment

REQUIREMENTS


CANDIDATE MUST-HAVES TO BE CONSIDERED

- Chinese (Mandarin) speaker
- Min. 6 years of solid sales experience in the UAE freight forwarding industry (Corporate setting)
- Knowledge in Ocean Freighting - Export, Import and X-Trade Sales (Both Export and Import for Ocean and Air shipments); Warehousing & Distribution & 3PL; Customs Clearance & Transportation
- Valid UAE driving license

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree
- Mandarin language required
- Valid UAE driving license
- English communication skills (fluently)
- Minimum 6 years solid sales experience in UAE freight forwarding industry (corporate setting) with successful record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience managing and directing a sales team
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Knowledge in Ocean Freighting - Export, Import and X-Trade Sales (Both Export and Import for Ocean and Air shipments); Warehousing & Distribution & 3PL; Customs Clearance & Transportation
- Strong Work ethic and Customer Centric mindset
- Strong Negotiation Skills, incorporating various strategies and desired outcomes.
