Design Engineer/Architect
Are you a design-minded engineer or architect with a passion for construction projects?
We are seeking a talented Design Engineer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or architecture, with a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of construction processes. You will be responsible for developing detailed design proposals, conducting cost analyses, and ensuring that our projects meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions for construction projects
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare competitive bids
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications
• Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Native Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in design and engineering
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
• Proficiency in relevant design software AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, e.g.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
