JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client, a large international Architectural practice requires a Design Architect for their Dubai studio The role of the Designer is to produce high quality designs from initial concept generation through to Schematic & Detailed Design phases. The Designer will be highly proficient in 3d modelling and visualisation. Excellent skills in Rhino with Enscape & Revit (Grasshopper preferred 3+ years post-graduate experience within an international architecture firm - to around 6/ 7 years MAX ( its NOT a senior role, so be mindful its up to 7 years max )
Requirements:
• 3+ years post-graduate experience within an international architecture firm - to around 6/ 7 years MAX ( its NOT a senior role, so be mindful its up to 7 years max )• Advanced skill level in Rhino with Enscape (Grasshopper skills preferred)
• Intermediate knowledge in Revit
• Advanced Adobe Suite skills
• AI skills preferred
• Proven experience in delivering projects in conceptual design stages
• Ability to initiate and develop concept ideas
• Demonstrated experience with residential and mixed-use projects
