JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Taylor Sterling is looking for a Design Development Coordinator to join a leading developer in Abu Dhabi. This role will be responsible for facilitating high-quality project documentation required for different phases in a timely manner alongside the coordination of the architectural services on iconic private, commercial and mixed use projects.
Responsibilities include;
• Coordination and review of the development of architectural construction drawings
• Understanding of design and construction concepts whilst attending meetings to provide technical solutions to resolve design issues on projects
• Providing project data as requested by the Development Manager
• Prepare documentation for analysis and review for specific issues
• Prepare and develop architectural detailing and specification design
• Coordinate design with other disciplines such as MEP
REQUIREMENTS
• 4+ years work experience in Architecture/ Design in GCC
• Experience working in reputed consultancies/ developers/ design firms
• Bachelor of Architecture
• Master\'s level qualification will be an advantage
