JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Salary 41-45,000 AED Per Month + Flights & Medical

Design Manager that has UAE Construction experience on Data & Tech Projects for Tier 1 Main Contractors. Joining a Global Market Leader on Hi-Technology Data Centers within PMC & Main Contracting.

You will have clear life cycle experience on bid submission to project completion in the United Arab Emirates handling New Build Data Center Projects. Can you client face when needed and handle all internal and external design stakeholders.

This is where prior Dubai & Abu Dhabi experience comes in as you understand the permits, design and sub-mission process from cradle to grave on site.

Can you work under pressure, within a team and do a “deep dive” into specifications and documentations if and when needed. Managing design compliance and sub-contractors downstream as well and clients upstream?

Reporting into the Project Director on site with a dotted line into the Regional Design Lead in the Head Office.

Requirements:

Site Based in Abu Dhabi, 15 minutes drive from Yas Island.

Responsible for all Design & Technical Staff on site

Able to add value with bids and tenders when asked as you will have a wealth of knowledge in this sector

Clear Data Center Experience

Strong Design & Build Experience

BIM Knowledge & Experience

Strong management & communication skills

Degree Educated

Able to start employment before the 10th of September absolute latest

You must have delivered a D/C in the UAE so please don’t apply if you have NOT lead the Design Process in such a role.

Salary:
AED 41,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
