JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
I am looking to speak with candidates from an Architecture background specialising in managing projects from the Pre-Contract stages. The position is with a growing practice with a strong leadership team in place carrying excellent reputation in the UAE market.
The practice has been established in the UAE for over 8 years and have been working on developments across the region within the Mixed-Use, Large Residential and Hospitality sectors.
With a pipeline of projects secured and part of their strategic plans for this year, we have been tasked in recruiting a number of key senior positions.
There is an opportunity to be an important part of the firm with progression into joining the senior leadership team.
If you have worked in international firms and overseen projects from proposal to IFCs then get in touch as the role could be an excellent fit for you.
This is not a design management role.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience- Must be from an Architecture background (Design background and having progressed into managing projects)
- Demonstrable experience in managing Architectural projects particular Hospitality and Large Residential Developments in the UAE
- Experience in contractual reviews
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities
Salary:
AED
35,000 to 52,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
